Our Story

If you work in a profession where you are frequently preparing folding-walkers for patients, do the following experiences sound familiar?

  • Sick of Searching through fragile rows of folded walkers, only to find the one you need in the very back corner?

  • Fed up with placing your newly sanitized walker back on the floor to modify leg height or wheel styles?

  • Frustrated with the money, time, and productivity lost as you slowly search for the walker you need?

In all likelihood, you probably answered "yes" to at least one of these questions. Frustration with the lack of efficient, sanitary storage for folding walkers was the inspiration that led a rehabilitation technician to develop the Folding Walker Storage System. Our main goal is to eliminate unnecessary delays in healthcare. Every aspect of the Werth Rack reflects this commitment.

Whether you practice in a prominent hospital serving hundreds of patients or a small skilled nursing facility, our product’s versatility provides the premier rehabilitation equipment storage you need.

Whether you practice in a prominent hospital serving hundreds of patients or a small skilled nursing facility, our product’s versatility provides the premier rehabilitation equipment storage you need.

We developed our product to allow inherent flexibility of motion.

This means walkers can freely rotate around each individual hook, making selection both easy and accessible. Not only does this help decrease staff set-up and prep time, but it also provides inherent sanitation. Walkers no longer rest against one another or have the unstable opportunity of falling during the retrieval process.

In addition, because the Folding Walker Storage System vertically suspends the walkers, you can easily make leg and wheel modifications without removing the walker from the storage rack.

In most facilities, walkers are either consecutively stacked across two pegs-limiting selection availability-or leaned precariously against one another. Whether you work in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, skilled nursing facility, or even a medical sales distribution company, these shortcomings translate into a loss of productivity.
